The comprehensive 26-week journey includes Pro Accelerator training, allowing students to enhance their skills while gaining managerial and supervisory expertise for future career growth.

CLS’s Professional Pastry program is the region’s only curriculum dedicated to teaching pastry to students aspiring to attain professional pastry standards. CLS’s Pro Pastry program is a combination of four teaching modules. The program focuses on the key areas of bakery, pastry, cakes and desserts. By structuring our Pro Pastry program in this way students are able to decide if they want to focus on a particular area of interest, or, accomplish the full range of skills accompanied by an international diploma.
