Pro Accelerator Program

Level 2 Diploma

The Pro Weekend program continues for 10 weekends and offers weekend students an opportunity to acquire professional level training and qualifications. It is the perfect solution for those students wanting to qualify as a chef but who are unable to commit to full time education normally associated with professional culinary programs.

These 10 classes equip successful candidates with the skills and training needed to begin their careers as professional chefs. External Internship option is also available.
